Terms of Service

Thank you for your interest in commissioning me! To apply for a slot, please fill out the form below. Commission prices are listed below.

 

By commissioning me, you agree to my Terms of Service:

・Commissions are for digital files only. You will receive a full size 300dpi png/jpg for printing and a scaled down png/jpg for posting online.

・Commissions are for personal use only. You can post them to your blog, edit them into icons/headers/graphics, or print them as long as it is for your personal use.

In these cases please credit and link back to any of my social media accounts.

You may NOT: claim the image as your own (including tracing/heavily referencing the image without credit), or use the image for commercial purposes (such as printing the image on any material and selling it, or using it to promote a product or service). 

・I retain full rights to the original image and reserve the right to post it to any of my social media accounts. In the case of fanart commissions, I reserve the right to print and sell the piece. (I will never print a client's original characters.) Clients will be credited in a commission post unless they wish to remain anonymous.

・I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.

I will draw:

・Original characters or fanart

・Any gender/orientation

・Furry/animal/monster characters

​

I will not draw:

・Fetishes

・Overly graphic gore (slight blood/horror themes OK)

・Full mecha (ie. Transformers)

Process:

Please allow 8-10 weeks from the time of payment for your commission to be finished. For full illustration commissions, please allow up to 15 weeks. Commissions may take longer depending on my workload. If you need your commission completed before a certain date, let me know and I'll be happy to work with you. I only allow refunds if a commission is cancelled before I've started it. After your commission has been started, refunds are no longer accepted.

Please provide clear reference images of the character. Front/back/side view is preferred for full-body commissions. Include references of any props/details you wish to be included.

For all commissions I allow up to two minor revisions on the finished product. 

Minor revisions include but are not limited to: color tweaking, adding/editing/removing details that I may have missed. They do not include pose changes, so please be sure to communicate your ideas clearly in the beginning stages to help me create a product you are satisfied with.

 

Payment will be required after agreeing on the initial concept design.
